Description	Byl vytvořen mutantní kmen S. cerevisiae postrádající geny kódující exportní systémy pro kationy alkalických kovů (NHA1, ENA1, ENA2,ENA3,ENA4). Gen NHA1 byl nahrazen genem LEU2 a čtyři geny ENA byly vyměněny za gen HIS3. Vznikl tak unikátní GMO v genetickém pozadí W303 s využitím pro studium heterologně exprimovaných transportérů sodných a draselných kationů z nižších i vyšších eukaryot (cs) An S. cerevisiae mutant strain lacking the genes encoding alkali-metal-cation exporters (NHA1, ENA1, ENA2, ENA3, ENA4) has been constructed. The NHA1 gene has been substitute by the LEU2 gene and the four ENA genes have been replaced by the HIS3 gene.
