  • We prepared discs of pure machined titanium, titanium polished by diamond paste, machined Ti6Al4V alloy, Ti6Al4V alloy polished by diamond paste, Ti5Al2.5Fe alloy treated by electro-erosion and Ti5Al2.5Fe plasma-sprayed with Ti. The proliferation of human osteoblast-like MG 63 cells was the quickest on the samples with the lowest surface roughness, i.e. the polished samples. These cells also contained the highest concentration of integrin adhesion molecules with alpha V chain. The cells on electro-eroded Ti5Al2.5Fe contained the highest concentration of osteocalcin and osteopontin, i.e. markers of osteoblastic differentiation

  • Připravili jsme disky z titanu povrchově upraveného soustružením, titanu leštěného diamantovou pastou, slitiny Ti6Al4V povrchově upravené soustružením, slitiny Ti6Al4V leštěné diamantovou pastou, slitiny Ti5Al2.5Fe upravené elektroerosí a slitiny Ti5Al2.5Fe upravené plasmatickým nástřikem titanu. Proliferace lidských osteoblastům podobných buněk linie MG 63 byla nejrychlejší na nejhladších, tj. leštěných površích. Tyto buňky měly i nejvyšší koncentraci integrinových adhesních molekul s řetězcem alfa V. Buňky na elektroerodovaném Ti5Al2.5Fe obsahovaly nejvyšší koncentrace osteokalcinu a osteopontinu, tj. markerů osteoblastické diferenciace (cs)
