Description	Nová anticholinesteráza C-547 zvyšuje amplitudu a prodlužuje trvání MEPCs, což je typické pro anticholiesterázové působení. U soleu a EDL jsme zjistili výraznou potenciaci v nanomolárních koncentracích, zatím co u bránice se amplituda a konstanta poklesu tau zvyšují až při dávce 100 nM. Jsou diskutovány možné důsledky tohoto rozdílu (cs) A novel derivative of 6-methyluracil, C-547, increased the amplitude and prolonged the duration of miniature enplate currents (MEPCs) with is typical for acetylcholinesterase inhibition. In the soleus and extensor digitorum longus significant potentiation was detected at nanomolar concentrations. In contrast, in the diaphragm muscle, the increase in the amplitudes of the MEPCs and the decay time constant tau appeared only when the concetration of C-547 was elevated to 1x10 M.
