Description
| - Hypertyroidní stav byl navozen injekcí trijodtyroninu, hypotyroidní stav byl navozen pomocí methimazolu. Zjistili jsme, že po 2 až 10 měsících aplikace T3 došlo k statisticky významnému vzestupu úrovně mRNA u NCX, RyRs a IP3 receptorů. Tento vzestup byl výraznější v pomalém svalu m. soleus než v rychlém EDL svalu. Výsledky naznačují, že tyroidní hormony by tak přes změnu koncentrace vápníku mohly ovlivňovat i proces spojení excitace a kontrakce v kosterních svalech (cs)
- A hyperthyroid state was maintained in rats by triiodothyronine (T3) administration, while methimazole was employed for inducing hypothyroidism. After a period of 2-10 months of T3 treatment we observed a significant increase in mRNA levels of the NCX, RyRs and IP3 receptors. This increase was more pronounced in the slow soleus than in the fast EDL muscle. It is tempting to speculate that thyroid hormones also alter calcium concentration and thus influence the process of excitation-contraction coupling in the skeletal muscle
