Description	Velocity, attenuation, and the quality Q- factor of waves propagating in homogeneous media of arbitrary anisotropy and attenuation strength are calculated in high-frequency asymptotics using a stationary slowness vector, the vector evaluated at the stationary point of the slowness surface. This vector is generally complex-valued and inhomogeneous, meaning that the real and imaginary parts of the vector have different directions. (en) Rychlost, útlum a faktor kvality vln šířících se v homogenních prostředích s obecnou anizotropií a s libovolně silným útlumem jsou počítány pomocí vysokofrekvenčního přiblížení s využitím stacionárního vektoru pomalosti. Stacionární vektor pomalosti je vektor určený stacionárním bodem na ploše pomalosti. Tento vektor je obecně komplexní a nehomogenní, což znamená, že reálná a imaginární část vektoru mají rozdílný směr. Stacionární vektor je počítán pomocí poruchové teorie. Porucha stacionárního vektoru se určuje řešením tří lineárních rovnic. Numerické modelování ukazuje, že poruchový přístup je vysoce přesný. (cs)
