Description	The intention of the project is to conduct comprehensive geophysical research into the seismically active western part of the Bohemian Massif involving seismology, gravimetry, heat flow, magnetotellurics, and long-term monitoring of gas and mineral water compositions. The results should add to our knowledge of crustal dynamics, the stability of the upper crust, the state of crustal stress and its fluctuation in time and of the causes of the West Bohemia/Vogtland earthquake swarms. The intention of the project is to conduct comprehensive geophysical research into the seismically active western part of the Bohemian Massif involving seismology, gravimetry, heat flow, magnetotellurics, and long-term monitoring of gas and mineral water compositions. The results should add to our knowledge of crustal dynamics, the stability of the upper crust, the state of crustal stress and its fluctuation in time and of the causes of the West Bohemia/Vogtland earthquake swarms. (en) Záměrem grantového projektu byl komplexní geofyzikální výzkum oblasti západočeských zemětřesných rojů, s cilem objasnit režim opakovaného výskytu rojových zemětřesení ve svrchní zemské kůře. Výzkum zahrnoval aplikaci seismických, gravimetrických, geotermických a magnetotelurickýych metod. Mimo tyto standardní geofyzikální metody byl prováděn monitoring chemického složení korových fluid - podzemních vod a plynů. Dosažené výsledky by měly přispět k prohloubení znalostí o dynamice zemské kůry, napěťových stavů v kůře a jejich časových změn a následně i příčin vzniku zemětřesných rojů. (cs)
