Description
  • Ve třech mesokosmových pokusech jsme studovali růst, produkci biomasy a hromadění živin v podzemních a nadzemních částech rostlin Sparganium emersum Rehm.. (cs)
  • Growth, biomass production and nutrient accumulation both in aboveground and belowground parts were studied in Sparganium emersum Rehm. in three mesocosm experiments. The aim was to determine the exchange of nutrients between the rooting media, water and plants and, especially, to assess nutrient accumulation in plants differently supplied with macronutrients. The experimental treatments were produced by fertilization of rooting medium, washed river sand, with differing doses of NPK or digested sludge of the pig slurry. Growth inhibition by high nutrient loads was not reached in either inorganic or organic nutrient concentrations in the rooting media of N at 250 mg.kg-2, P 50 mg.kg-2, and 6300 mg.kg-2 and P 1800 mg.kg-2, respectively. Nutrient contents in the plant tissues were similar for most nutrient concentrations in the rooting media. Growth limitation by low available P concentrations in rooting media occurred in the treatments with digested sludge.
