Description
  • Růst rostlin, cykly minerálních živin a mikrobiání procesy byly studovány v 5 let staré vegetační čistírně s cílem přispět k poznání úlohy rostlin a mikrobiálních populací ve funkci čistírny. Vysoké hodnoty podzemní biomasy a celkových nestrukturních sacharidů v létě byly doprovázeny zvýšenou akumulací živin mikrobiálními populacemi, rostliny tak zásobovaly mikrobní populace C. (cs)
  • Plant growth, nutrient cycling and microbial processes were studied in a 5-year-old constructed wetland in South Bohemia. The goal of the study was to estimate nutrient fluxes and determine the roles of plants and microbial processes in decreasing nutrient pollution. N mineralization was the dominant microbial process over the growing season. NH4 productionwas the dominant process in the bottom layer of the constructed wetland. N assimilation was the main process under anaerobic conditions.in the upper layer in the first half of the season, but the second half was marked by NH4 production. Nitrification was the most important process under the aerobic conditions. P mineralization processes dominated in anaerobic portions, while P consumption by microbes was dominant in the aerobic part of the rhizosphere. High belowground plant biomass and TNC levels in the summer period were accompanied by increased microbial nutrient accumulation, indicating that plants supplied microbiota with C.
