| Description
| - Small interest in agriculture under less favourable natural conditions is one of the phenomena related to political changes in Central Europe at the end of the 20th century. As a result, extensive areas of secondary grasslands have been abandoned and lay fallow. The existence and quality of secondary grassland depend, however, fully on human management, especially on further low impact agricultural practises. This paper presents some of the problems related to the management and development of secondary mountain grassland situated in protected area. A reconstruction has been made of the post World War II changes in land cover/land use with respect to the history of its management to understand better recent status. The evaluation of the last fifty years development is based on a quantification of changes identified by visual interpretation of a time series of aerial photographs, and by field surveys.

- Jednou z charakteristik vývoje zemědělství po politických změnách ve střední Evropě v posledním desetiletí 20. stol. je malá pozornost věnována hospodaření v zemědělsky méně příznivých oblastech (LFA). Výsledkem toho jsou hospodářsky opuštěná rozsáhlá území druhotného bezlesí. Jeho existence a kvalita přitom v plné míře závisí na obhospodařování, hlavně podle zásad šetrného hospodaření v krajině. Na základě příkladové studie jsou v článku dokladovány některé problémy související s obhospodařováním horského druhotného bezlesí v chráněném území. Pro tento účel jsme provedli rekonstrukci demografického vývoje enklávy od jejího vzniku a vývoj pokryvy/vyžití území na základě vizuální interpretace leteckých snímků od r.1949. Zvláštní pozornost jsme věnovali vlivu potenciálnímu znovuosídlení a vícefunkčního využití enklávy na místní biotopy a ekosystém na základě navrženého Územního plánu. Studie ukazuje, že neexistuje jednoznačné řešení vyhovující všem zájmovým skupinám. (cs)
