Description
  • A feeding comparative trial was conducted on 560 chicken broilers of ROSS 208 hybrid to study the relation of feed consumption and broiler weight to different lipase concentrations 0 - 2,5 - 5 - 10- 15 - 20 - 25 g per 100 kg of starter BR1 (treatments a0 - a2.5 - a5 -a10 - a15 - a20 - a25), and to identical concentrations of enzymic preparation applied to standard production diets BR2 (factor A) and production diets BR2 fortified with 2 % of lard (factor B). The results indicated that an application of the enzymic preparation with lipase reduced feed consumption in kg per 1 kg of body gain. This finding is confirmed by statistically significantly (P < 0.1 to P < 0.05) lower values of feed consumption in kg per 1 kg of body gain in all experimental groups of broilers, for starter diets BR1 and for application of this preparation to production diets BR2 fortified with lard and without it. The positive effect is a 4-5% reduction in feed consumption in kg per 1 kg of body gain. Polynomial regressions of
