Description	The study focuses on the personnel changes in the uppermost part of the regional state and party elite of the East Bohemian Region in the years 1960–1971. It presents a thorough analysis of the changes in the composition of the representatives of the Regional National Committee, and compares them with changes in the functions of the secretaries of the National Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia. The research was based on a study of archive materials stored in the State Regional Archive in Zámrsk and of press reports of the time. (en) Studie se zaměřuje na poznání personálních proměn ve vrcholové části krajské státní a stranické elity Východočeského kraje v letech 1960–1971. Důkladně analyzuje změny ve skladbě představitelů krajského národního výboru a komparuje je se změnami na funkcích tajemníků KV KSČ. Výzkum vycházel ze studia archiválií uložených v SOA Zámrsk a dobového tisku. Studie se zaměřuje na poznání personálních proměn ve vrcholové části krajské státní a stranické elity Východočeského kraje v letech 1960–1971.
