| Description
| - Pokud chceme umožnit neexpertům v nějaké oblasti provádět řádná rozhodnutí, potřebujeme je zásobovat souvisle nutnou znalostí. V práci popisujeme metodologii a ilustrujeme ji na případě regulace a optimalizace řízení vodních zdrojů v reálném čase. Metodologie je založena na kombinaci relevantních teoretických a praktických znalostí organizovaných do zásobníku s použitím e-learningových technologií pro rozšiřování znalostí. Není zkoumána technologická stránka problému, ale důraz je kladen na roli znalostí a na různé formy jejich organizace a ukládání podobně jako na roli e-learningu, jako nejlepší cesty k rozšiřování znalostí. - If we wish to allow non-experts in an area to create their decisions properly, we need to supply them with the necessary knowledge continuously. In the paper we describe a methodology used and illustrated in a case of the field of control and optimisation of water management elements operation in real time. The methodology is based on a combination of relevant theoretical and practical knowledge, organised into a repository, with eLearning technology used for better dissemination of knowledge. We do not intend to investigate the technological point of the problem area, but we wish to stress the role of knowledge, various forms of its organization and storage, as well as the role of eLearning as the most suitable way of the collected knowledge dissemination. We intend to discuss whole approach on the case of our recent investigation, oriented towards the area of water management. However, the principles of our approach can be used in many other areas as well.
