Description
  • In the contribution there is outlined one way of solution of design and construction of sensor capable to measure quantity of forces. The sensor element itself consists of deformation ring, which in response to the force changes its shape and this deformation is scanned by strain gauge (tension-meter). The dimensions of deformation ring are designed on the basis of theoretical calculations and subsequently this deformation ring undergoes strength and stiffness analysis which is carried out by IDA Nexis software package. Construction problems are suitable base for project learning on study of teaching of technical subject.

  • V článku je popsán návrh řešení konstrukční úlohy měřícího čidla pro určení velikosti sil. Toto čidlo je složeno z deformačního prstence, který se pod účinkem působení síly deformuje. Poměrná deformace je snímána prostřednictvím tenzometrů. Rozměry deformačnho prstence jsou navrženy na základě teoretického výpočtu a následně je deformační prstenec podroben pevnostní a tuhostní analýze prostřednictvím počítačového programu IDA Nexis. Konstrukční úlohy se jeví jako vhodná báze pro projektově orientovanou výuku technických předmětů (cs)
