Description
  • The production of poorly absorbable drugs with low content of medicaments is new trend in productions of drugs in pharmaceutical industry. The important problems associated with this topic are strict limits for content uniformity and low absorption in humans. This article describes preparation of oral solid drug form by method impregnation, which enhances bioavailability and improves content uniformity. Three examples demonstrating the preparation of tablets are listed here: API is adsorbed on lactose particles; API permeates the structure of lactose particles and API forms solid dispersion on the particles.
