Description
| - The calli cultures extracted from stalks of plants grown on Gamborg B5 medium with addition of PEG /polyethyenglykol Sigma 6000/ contained ( % in dry matter): schizandrin 4 times, gomisin 10 times and deoxyschizandrin 1,5 times higher volume in comparison to the control calli cultures. By using methyljasmonate as elicitor in concentration 0,002 mg/l the volume of five lignans in calli cultures gained from stalks rose ten times compared to the control calli cultures. Calli and suspension cultures extracted from stalk posses higher acceptance of elicitor intervention than calli and suspension cultures extracted from fruit.
