(cs) The objective of this study was to evaluate the weight deviations and calculated volume of milk from several types of the milk vending machines in terms of consumers deception. The samples were colected from different places in Brno and it's surroundings. The milk fat content and the content of fat-free dry matter were mesured. The 71 samples from 10 sampling points and 4 types of the milk vending machines placed in Brno and it's surrounding were examined. Using the formula for calculating the content of dry matter was calculated lactodenzimetric density and by the temperature correction was determined the final volume of the sample. Masses of milk samples (x ?=1009g.l-1) showed a statistically significant difference (P {0.05) against the average weight of the raw milk (x ?=1025g.l-1). Volumes of the milk samples (x ?=985 ml) showed a statistically significant difference (P {0.05) to selected volume of 1 liter. Statistically significant difference (P {0.05) was between the fat content (x = 3,27%) and the limit of the norm for raw cow milk ČSN 57 0530 (? 3.3%). Average content of fat-free matter (x = 8.67%) met the limit of the norm for raw cow milk ČSN 57 0530 (min. 8.5%), although 25% of samples this limit failed. (en)
