Description	Rutin (quercetin-3-rutinoside) belongs to the group of flavonoids and is located mainly in the green leaves of Camellia sinensis L. The aim of our study was to compare the content of rutin between different types of teas and between bulk teas and tea bags. It was shown that the highest content if rutin was at an average black teas and tea bags. From this one can say that the rutine does not affect the content of size of tea leaves, but growing area and production technology (fermentation).
