  • Proteomika, studium proteomu, zahrnuje identifikaci, charakteristiku a kvantifikaci kompletních směsí proteinů, které exprimuje celý genom v průběhu života dané buňky, tkáně nebo organismu včetně izoforem, polymorfismu a různých modifikací, protein-proteinových interakcí a strukturálního popisu proteinů a jejich komplexů. Většina biologických funkcí je vázána na proteiny a proto, abychom pochopili, jak buňky fungují, musíme studovat proteiny v buňkách, jejich funkci, jejich interakce a množství v analyzovaném vzorku. V této studii jsme stanovovali různé peptidy a proteiny (cystein, oxidovaný a redukovaný glutation, fytochelatiny, metalotionein a bovinní sérový albumin) pomocí metody %22adsorptive transfer stripping voltametry (AdTS) a %22chronopotentiometric stripping analysis (CPSA). Byla provedena optimalizace parametrů těchto technik a následně bylo možno stanovovat řádově stovky zeptomolů daných sloučenin. (cs)
