| Description
| - Bromadiolon, komerčně používaný rodenticid působící jako anti-koagulant, byl stanoven v tkáních různých zvířat pomocí diferenční pulsní voltametrie využívající uhlíkovou pastovou elektrodu. Za nejvhodnějších experimentálních podmínek (potenciálový krok 25 mV.s-1 a 0.2 mol.L-1 acetátový pufr pH 4.2) byl limit detekce bromadiolonu 0.5 ng.mL-1. Tato elektroanalytická metoda byla následně použita pro studium transportu bromadiolonu potravinovým řetězcem. Z tohoto důvodu byli bažanti vystaveni působení bromadiolonu a poté použiti jako potrava pro lišku. Průměrná hladina bromadiolonu v játrech bažantů vystavených jeho působení 528 ng dané látky na gram svěží hmoty a v případě jater lišky krmené těmito bažanty to bylo 198 ng dané látky na gram svěží hmoty. Z důvodu překvapivě nízkého obsahu bromadiolonu jsme se rozhodli provést základní biochemickou analýzu krve získané z pokusných zvířat. (cs)
- Bromadiolone, a commercially used anticoagulant rodenticide, was determined in tissues of various animals by differential pulse voltammetry with carbon paste electrode. Under the most suitable experimental conditions (the step potential of 25 mV.s-1 and 0.2 mol.L-1 acetate buffer pH 4.2), the limit of detection of bromadiolone was 0.5 ng.mL-1. The electroanalytical method was consequently used to investigate the bromadiolone transport within the food chain. Pheasants were exposed to bromadiolone and then used as feed for a fox. The average level of bromadiolone was 528 ng of bromadiolone per gram of fresh weight of liver of the pheasant and 198 ng of bromadiolone per gram of fresh weight of liver of the fox. Due to the surprisingly lower content of bromadiolone in the latter, basic biochemical analysis, particularly blood coagulation, were performed.
