  • V areálu školního zemědělského podniku Nový Jičín byla sledována primární a sekundární kontaminace PCB. Jako rostlinné bioindikátory byly zvoleny převážně kulturní rostliny jako vojtěška, kukuřice, slunečnice, pšenice, ječmen a řepka.Byly odebrány vzorky těchto rostlin, které se používají jako krmivo pro zvířata chovaná na farmě. Také byly sledovány méně obvyklé matrice jako je pivovarský kal a napájecí voda. Vzorky byly zpracovány podle SOP laboratoře. Bylo zjištěno, že v zemědělském ekosystému Nový Jičín není primární zdroj kontaminace PCB, a pravděpodobný zdroj kontaminace je atmosférickým přenosem - sekundární kontaminace. (cs)
  • Primary and secondary contamination of the correspondent ecosystem with chlorinated biphenyls was evaluated in the area of the School agriculture facility Novy Jicin. Indicator plants were chosen as appropriate matrix, namely the cultured plants: alfalfa, green maize, clovergrass as fodder plants; cereals (wheat, barley); and rape as an oil plant. The samples of cultural plants, which are part of the feed for farm animals, were collected. Matrices including non-conventional ones such as brewery sludge and feeding water whose contamination should also be considered were analysed. The composite sample methodology was used to collect the samples of plant matrices. Samples were also subjected to dry matter determination (85 %). The plant material and water were processed in accordance with the respective SOP and methods that were already published in scientific journals.
