| Description
| - The work was aimed at the determination of basic indicators of wastewater pollution with use of a mobile analytics unit. There is a problem of high content of nitrogen and phosphorus in water, which causes eutrophication of surface water. That is why the content of total phosphorus and total nitrogen was monitored at the inflow and the outflow of a sewage treatment plant. Influence of microwave and thermic decomposition of a sample before determination of these compounds was also assessed. Both of these decomposition methods of wastewater cause increase of total phosphorus and total nitrogen in higher or lower extent. Another indicators of pollution were determinated in wastewater: nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, and COD. Analyts were determinated by spectrophotometry.
