  • The objective of this paper was optimalization of solid phase microextraction (SPME) method, which is used for determination of the pesticides in water. The SPME method was investigated with diferent fibers, extraction time, extraction temperature and stirring of sample. Analytes were analysed by GC/MS. SPME conditions used for optimalization of head-space method were follows: 40 min exposition of PDMS (100 mm) fiber at 70 °C in head-space above 5 ml of water sample in vial. The same conditions wereused for direct SPME sampling except different extraction temperature - 40 °C and sample volume - 7,5 ml. The applicability of SPME methods was tested by measuring of repeatibility. The RSD values for head-space SPME ranged from 5 to 15 % (determined from a set of five replicates, level of contamination 0,06 mg/ml) and for direct SPME ranged from 4 to 13 % (detrmined from a set of four replicates, level of contamination 0,04 mg/ml).

  • Hlavím tématem tohoto příspěvku byla optimalizace metody mikroextrakce na tuhou fázi (SPME) pro stanovení pesticidů ve vodě. Při vývoji SPME metody byly testovány různé stacionární fáze použitých vláken, doba sorpce, teplota sorpce a míchání vzorku. Analyty byly stanoveny pomocí GC/MS. Optimalizovaná head-space metoda má tuto podobu: sorpce 40 min na vlákno PDMS (100 m) při 70 °C z head-space prostoru nad 5 ml vzorku. Podobně byla vyvinuta metoda pro přímou SPME, která se od head-space metody liší teplotou při sorpci: 40 °C, a objemem vzorku 7,5 ml. Použitelnost obou metod byla prověřena stanovením opakovatelnosti. RSD dosahují hodnot pro head-space: 5- 15 % (5 opakování, hladina kontaminace 0,06 g/ml) a pro přímou SPME: 4- 13% (4 opakování, hladina kontaminace 0,04 g/ml). (cs)
