Description	The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficiency of waste water treatment in Velke Mezirici and Olsi nad Oslavou waste water treatment plants. In the study ecotoxicological tests on selected aquatic (Lemna minor and Raphidocelis subcapitata) and terrestrial (Sinapis alba and Allium cepa) organisms and a bacterial bioluminescence test on Vibrio fischeri (ToxAlert 10) were applied.
