Description	Cílem studie bylo zkoumat vliv krmných kvasnic obohacených o Se nebo přídavků selenu ve formě seleničitan sodného na vybrané krevní ukazatele a na koncentrace Se v krvi, mlezivu a mléce Se-deficitních krav plemene Charolais. Kvasnice obohacené o Se měly větší vliv na rostoucí koncentraci Se v krvi, mlezivu a mléku, stejně jako na aktivitu GSH-Px, než seleničitan sodný. (cs) The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary Se-enriched yeast or sodium selenite supplements on selected blood parameters and on Se concentrations in the blood, colostrum, and milk of Se-deficient Charolais cows. Se-enriched yeast was much more effective than sodium selenite in increasing the concentration of Se in the blood, colostrum and milk, as well as the GSH-Px activity. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary Se-enriched yeast or sodium selenite supplements on selected blood parameters and on Se concentrations in the blood, colostrum, and milk of Se-deficient Charolais cows.
