| - Cíle: Na dvou případech léčených touto metodou na klinice popsat artrodézi korunkového kloubu použitím dvou křižně zavedených tažných šroubů. Materiál a metodika: U dvou hříbat se silně postiženým proximálním interfalangeálním kloubem (intraartikulární fyzární fraktura P2 ? typ SH III a osteochondróza) byla po exkochleaci kloubní chrupavky a repzici obou konců článků prstu provedena jejich fixace zavedením dvou kortikálních 4,5 mm tažných šroubů. Jeden z nich probíhal z dorzální plochy P1 (kluzný otvor) do palmární plochy P2 (závitový otvor) a druhýbyl zaveden podobně z dorzální plochy P2 (kluzný otvor) do palmární plochy P1 (zavitový otvor). Končetina byla pouze pro postavení se z narkózy fixována v kastu. Výsledky: U obou hříbat došlo ke kompletní fúzi obou kostí za 12 resp. 6 týdnů. Pooperační vyšetření 24 resp 2 měsíce po operaci ukázalo možnost plného využití obou konípro skokové ježdění. Závěr: Zavedení dodatečných tažných šroubů z dorzální plochy P2 zvyšuje stabilitu obou kostí pro dokonalej (cs)
- Objectives: To describe the method, indication and follow up of proximal interphalangeal joint (PIPJ) arthodesis using lag screws in the crossed fashion in the two foals. Material and Methods: In two foals with severely affected PIPJ (intraarticular physeal fracture P2 ? type III Salter-Harris and osteochondrosis) was arthrodese performed after the debridement of the articular cartilage and apposition of distal end P1 and proximal end P2 using the introduction of the two 4,5 cortical lag screws. One of them went in the lag fashion from the dorsal surface of the P1 (glide hole) into the palmar part P1 (threaded hole) and second went in the similar fashion from the dorsal part of P2 (glide hole) into the palmar part of the P2 (threaded hole). The limb was only for recovery from the general anesthesia fixated in the cast, which was removed second day after the operation. Results: Results in both foals was full fusion of the bones in 12 and 6 weeks respectively. Clinical examination in 24 and 2
