Description	In a dairy farm with prevalence of digital dermatitis we compared biochemical parameters of animals with and without individual digital disorders. In 18 older cows and 8 heifers - primipara 49 days ante partum and 13, 38 and 77 days post partum (p.p.), on average, we examined feet. Such parameters as total proteins, urea, glucose, nonesterified fatty acids, bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase and -glutamyl transferase, Ca, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, glutathione peroxidase, thyroidal hormones and cortisol were determined in the blood of older cows. Comparisons were performed only when at least 5 cows were suffering from one disorder on the same day. A total of 62-85 % of animals, i.e., 76-94 % of older cows, were affected. Cows, which suffered from sole haemorrhages 77 days p.p., had lower levels of Zn on day 38 p.p. than those ones without this disorder. Srovnání byla dělána pouze pokud bylo daný den nalezeno alespoň pět krav s určitým postižením. Postiženo bylo 62-85 % zvířat, 76-94 % starších krav. Krávy, u kterých byly 77. den p.p. nalezeny hemorrhagie v rohovině chodidla, měly 38. den p.p. nižší hladiny zinku (P  0.05) než ty bez nich (12.5  2.4 versus 15.0  0.8 mol/l).
