| - Logistic regression models were used to examine the relationship. 2197 lactations (L) of 1074 Holstein cows from 10 dairies (25-146 cows per dairy) in Lower Saxony were studied. The 305-day yield from the previous and current L served as the standards for milk yield. Each disorder was modelled separately. In addition to milk yield (MY), the influences of the lactation number (LN), the calving season and the other disorders were examined with the %22herd%22 factor taken into account. A correlation between retained placenta, mastitis, and milk fever to MY during the previous L was found to be probable, and for ketosis and displaced abomasum such a correlation was found to be possible. A connection to the yield in the current L was shown for ovarian cysts, claw diseases, and milk fever. No relationship to MY existed for metritis. - Použita byla logistická regrese u dat z 2 197 laktací od 1 074 holštýnských dojnic z 10 chovů v Dolním Sasku (25-146 krav). K do vztahu byla dávána 305 denní užitkovost jak z aktuální laktace, z níž pocházely zdravotní údaje, tak z předchozí. Modelována byla každá nemoc samostatně. Kromě vlivu mléčné užitkovosti na laktační incidenci byly zohledněny také vlivy jednotlivých chovů, pořadí laktace, sezóny a vlivy dalších sledovaných nemocí. Byla prokázána souvislost mezi užitkovostí v předchozí laktaci a laktační incidencí zadržení lůžka, mastitid a porodní parézy. Výsledky naznačují rovněž možnou souvislost výše mléčné užitkovosti v předchozí laktaci s výskytem ketózy a přesunutí slezu. U syndromu ovariálních cyst a onemocnění paznehtů byl nalezen vztah mezi jejich laktační incidencí a výší mléčné užitkovosti v aktuální laktaci. Žádný vztah nebyl zjištěn u výtoků z pohlavních orgánů. Vliv pořadí laktace na četnost výskytu byl potvrzen u většiny nemocí. Diskutovány jsou limity jednotlivých typů modelů. (cs)
