Description	In the contents of organic nutrients, ashes and energy, assessed were their total content in growth dry matter as related to the contents of the same nutrients and energy in meadow and pasture growths and in relation to the same site conditions (site variability). The mean dry matter content in steppe growths during 1995-1996 was high (44,67 - 55,23 %). The content of nitrogen substances, PDIN and PDIE was markedly lower (9,18 - 10,40 g/kg, 59,31 - 67,20 and 72,30 - 79,38 g/kg of dry matter resp.). The fibre content in dry matter of steppe growths was high (28,63- 31,99). It exceeded significantly the values reported in pasture growths. The BNLV content in steppe growths (48,10- 52,10% in dry matter) was balanced as related to the site conditions, and it ranged similarly as reported for pasture growths. The contents of BE, ME, NEL and NEV (17,97 - 18,26 MJ BE/kg; 8,23 - 9,46 MJ ME/kg; 4,74 - 5,56 MJ NEL/kg; and 4,39 - 5,39 MJ NEV/kg of dry matter) ranged similarly as reported for pasture growths. (en) U obsahu organických živin, popele a energie byl v letech 1995 a 1996 hodnocen jejich obsah ve stepních porostech v porovnání k nehadcovým pastevním porostům a ke stanovištním podmínkám. Obsah sušiny ve stepních porostech v letech, 1995/96 byl vysoký (44,67 - 55,23 %) a výrazně přesahoval sušinu kulturních porostů. Obsah N-látek; PDIN a PDIE byl výrazně nižší (9,18 - 10,40% v sušině; 59,31 - 67,20 a 72,30 - 79,38 g/kg sušiny). Obsah vlákniny byl vysoký (28,63 - 31,99 % v sušině) a výrazně udávané hodnoty překračoval. Obsah BNLV (48,10 - 52,10 % v sušině) se pohyboval se v udávaném rozmezí, obdobně jako obsah BE, ME, NEL a NEV v kg sušiny (17,97 - 18,26 MJ BE, 8,23 - 9,46 MJ ME, 4,74 - 5,56 MJ NEL a 4,39 - 5,39 MJ NEV).
