Description	The Glu D15+10 Iocus (on the IDL chromosome) has a positive effect on the baking quality of wheat and can be considered a marker of good baking quality .One of the options of improving partial factors of the baking quality of triticale (xTriticosecale, 2n = 6x = 42, AABBRR) is to transfer the Glu D1 5+ 10 Iocus into genome of the triticale by translocation of the ID chromosome of wheat to chromosome IR of the triticale. The translocated forms of the Presto triticale variety of different Iength of the translocated segment (short -TIR.1D 5+10 -2 and Iong TIR.1D 5+10 -1) were produced at the University of California These forms of triticale were crossed in the ZVU Kroměříž s r. o. with the secondary hexaploid triticales. The presence of the Glu D1 5+10 Iocus was checked in the F2 generation of spike progenies of crosses between Presto triticale with translocation T 1 R.IDs+1o-I x Saka 3005/92 and Presto triticale with translocation TIR.IDs+1o-1 x Babbor. (en) Pozitivní vliv na pekařskou kvalitu pšenice má lokus Glu D1 5+10 (na chromozomu 1D), který je proto považován za marker dobré pekařské kvality Jednou z možností zlepšení dílčích ukazatelů pekařské kvality genomu tritikale (xTriticosecale, 2n = 6x = 42, AABBRR) je přenos Iokusu Glu D1 5+10 do genomu tritikale pomocí translokace chromosomu 1D pšenice na chromozom IR tritikale. Translokované formy odrůdy tritikale Presto Iišící se délkou translokovaného segmentu (krátká 1R.1D 5+10 -2 a dlouhá 1R.1D 5+10 -1) byly vytvořeny na University of California Tyto formy tritikale byly kříženy v ZVU s r. o Kroměříž se sekundárními hexaploidními tritikale Přítomnost Iokusu Glu D1 5+1O byla ověřována u F2 generace klasových potomstev kříženců tritikale Presto s translokací TIR.1D 5+10 -1 x Saka 3005/92 a tritikale Presto s translokací 1R.1D 5+10 -1 x Babbor. Detekce lokusu Glu DJ 5+10 byla provedena SPLAT technikou podle protokolu D'Ovidia aAndersona (1994).
