Description	The paper is a part of solution of the research plan of the FBE MUAF in Brno, No. NAVZ 1025/3MZ3276 and it analyses the problems of the wine-growing industry in the process of the integration of the Czech Republic into the European Union. This article analyses, what our vinedressers can wait after 1st May 2004, which is established as the official day of the Czech Republic accession to the European structures. There are especially mentioned changes according to proposed a motion of a new law in (en) Příspěvek, který je součástí řešení výzkumného záměru PEF MZLU v Brně NAVZ č. 1025/3MZ3276, analyzuje problematiku sektoru vinařství a vinohradnictví v procesu integrace České republiky do Evropské Unie. Zabývá se tedy analýzou toho, co čeká naše vinaře po datu 1.5. 2004, který je stanoven jako oficiální den přistoupení naší republiky do evropských struktur. V příspěvku jsou především zmíněny změny ve vinohradnictví a vinařství po vstupu ČR do EU podle předloženého návrhu nového vinařského zákona a následně formulovány závěry vyplývající z provedené analýzy.
