Description	Nach Langzeitlagerung zeigten die Konzentrationen von Ethanol and Acetaldehyd Veränderungen in Abhängigkeit von Zusammensetzung der Gasatmosphäre. Normal zusammengesetzete Atmosphäre wich nicht significant von der Atmosphere mit geringem Sauerstoffgehalt von 1 % ab. Die niedrige Konzentration von Sauerstoff schädigte die Fruchte durch die induzierte Alkoholanreicherung im Gewebe nicht. After a long-therm storage the concentration of ethanol and acetaldehyde is characterized by changes dependent on the composition of gas mixture. Regular atmosphere did not differ dignificantly from low-oxygen atmosphere with 1 % oxygen. This low concentration of oxygen, technically maintained did not harm the fruit by including ethanol concentration in the tissues. (en)
