| - Vliv věku na stravitelnost mastných kyselin u kuřat. (cs)
- Digestibility of all fatty acids (FA) rapidly decreased from Day 2 to Day 4. This drop of saturated (SFA), monounsaturated (MUFA), polyunsaturated n-6 (PUFA n-6) and PUFA n-3 FA (from 0.961, 0.966, 0.983 and 0.976 to 0.930, 0.908, 0.966 and 0.959, resp.) Based on observations by Noy and Sklan (1999), who registered that the intestinal absorption of labelled exogenous fatty acids slightly increased till Day 4 as well as on results published by Zelenka and Jilek (1970), who found a lower concentration of c matter of feed mixture from Day 3 to Day 7, it was possible to explain observed changes on the basis of excretion of endogenous nutrients originating primarily from the yolk sac. Within the period of Days 9 to 42, dependences of digestibility on age were all SFA and MUFA (with exception of C20:1 n-9) significantly (P<0.001) decreased with age.
