Description	Zpráva se zabývá stanovením celkových a volných aminokyselin v listech břízy z porostů východního Krušnohoří a Děčínské pískovcové vrchoviny. Ve vzorcích listů odebraných v roce 1998 bylo stanoveno 17 celkových a 16 volných aminokyselin a obsah dusíku. Obsah celkových aminokyselin byl v oblasti východního Krušnohoří nejvyšší v transektu Janov Rozložení obsahů celkových aminokyselin odpovídá obsahu dusíku v sledovaných transektech. Nejvyšší obsah zaznamenala kyselina asparagová (19,7 mg.g-1), kyselina glutamová (18,2 mg.g-1). Profil celkového obsahu majoritních aminokyselin nebyl narušen. To ve svém důsledku znamená, že množství dusíku v porostech je odpovídající. The paper deals with the determination of total and free amino acids in leaves of birch from stands of the eastern part of the Krušné hory Mts. and the Děčín Sandstone Upland. In samples of leaves taken in 1998, some 17 total and 16 free amino acids and the content of nitrogen were determined. The content of total amino acids in the region of eastern part of the Krušné hory Mts. was highest in the Janov transect. Distribution of the content of total amino acids corresponds to the content of nitrogenin the transects under investigation. The highest content was found in aspartic acid (19.7 mg.g-1) and glutamic acid (18.2 mg.g-1). The profile of the total content of majority amino acids was not disturbed. It follows that the amount of nitrogen in forest stands is appropriate. (en)
