Description	One of fundamental pre-requisites for a company to record success is perfect orientation in corporate structures and information flows. Sound corporate strategy has to be focused on time savings in the field of improved response-to-demand flexibility, reduction of costs and growing quality. A part of corporate strategy is the strategy of logistic systém whose logistic goals support main objectives of the company. Information strategy is a permanent and never ending process whose four main steps Corporate strategy-Information management-Information technology-Information systém are repeated again and again. The logistic systém will this become a coordinator of all structures and processes between the opportunity found on the market and the product delivery to the customer. (en) Jedním ze základních předpokladů úspěšnosti firmy je dokonalá orientace ve firemních strukturách a informačních tocích. Správná strategie podniku musí sledovat úspory času v oblasti zvyšování pružnosti v reakcích na poptávku, snižování nákladů a růst kvality. Součástí podnikové strategie je strategie logistického systému, jehož logistické cíle podporují hlavní cíle podniku. Informační strategie je trvalý a nikdy nekončící proces, jehož hlavní čtyři kroky Podniková strategie-Informační management-Informační technologie-Informační systém se neustále opakují. Logistický systém se tak stane koordinátorem všech struktur a procesů mezi zjištěnou příležitostí na trhu a dodáním výrovku zákazníkovi.
