Description	A kutatás egy korábban megkezdett kísérletek eredményeire épült, amely során tovább vizsgáltuk a hang terjedési idejét a fa belsejében közönséges alma (Malus domestica) gazdafajon. A méréshez 70-70 db, átlagosan 10 (+- 7,4) cm vastagságú, nem fertőzött illetve fertőzött ágvégeket használtunk fel. A terjedési idő és az érzékelők közötti távolság adatai alapján meghatároztuk a hang terjedési sebességét. A mérések befejeztével laboratóriumi körülmények között megmértük minden egyes ág nedves tömegét, majd szárítás után a száraz tömegét is. A kapott adatok alapján meghatároztuk az ágvégek nedvességtartalmát. A kapott eredményeink alapján megállapítható, hogy nincs statisztikailag szignifikáns különbség a hang terjedési sebessége a kontroll, illetve a fertőzött ágvégek között, ugyanakkor a nedvességtartalom esetében a különbség statisztikailag szignifikáns. A vizsgált mintákban a fagyönggyel fertőzött ágvégek víztartalma kevesebb volt a kontrollcsoporthoz képest. Our research was built on our previously started experiments where we examined sound wave propagation time in branchlet tissues of apple tree (Malus domestica) hosts. For the measurement we used 140, averagely 10 (+- 7,4) cm thick, non-infected and infected apple tree branchlets. The measured propagation time was used to calculate the velocity between the two sensors. After the field experiments the wet and the dry weight of all examined branchlets were measured. From the received data we determined the moisture content of branchlets. Based on the obtained results no statistically significant difference was shown in case of sound velocity, between the control and infected branchlets, while statistically significant difference was detected in case of moisture content experiments. The water content in the infected branchlets was less than in the control group. (en)
