Description	This thesis evaluates a set of selected genotypes of apple trees, bred in a Research and fruit breeding institute Holovousy s. r. o., resistant to apple scab (Venturia inaequalis) and powdery mildew (Podosphaera leucotricha). The evaluation covered the experimental period from 2009 to 2010. The work contains the characteristics of the both pathogens and the breeding history against fungal disease Venturia inaequalis. From the results of the assessment the most liable to this disease are genotypes HL 164 and HL 186 A, as the most resistive are HL 138 and HL 606. To powdery mildew are the most sensitive genotypes HL 166A and HL 158 and the most resistive are HL 1969 a HL 1816A. From the characteristics of growth are evaluated the cubages of the tree - tops. Properties of trees like the quantity of inflorescence and fruits, the number of root younglings, the demand to cut and the taste of fruits were further assessed. (en) Tento pokus hodnotí súbor vybraných genotypov jabloní, vyšľachtených vo Výskumnom a šľachtiteľskom ústave ovocinárskom v Holovousách s. r. o., rezistentných proti chrastavitosti jablone (Venturia inaequalis) a múčnatke jablone (Podosphaera leucotricha). Vyhodnocovanie prebiehalo v pokusnom období 2009 až 2010. Práca obsahuje charakteristiky oboch patogénov a a históriu šľachtenia voči hubovej chorobe Venturia inaequalis. Z výsledkov hodnotenia vychádzajú ako najnáchylnejšie k tomuto ochoreniu genotypy HL 164 a HL 186 A, ako najodolnejšie HL 138 a HL 606. Na múčnatku jablone sú najcitlivejšie genotypy HL 166 A a HL 158 a najodolnejšie HL 1969 a HL 1816 A. Z charakteristík rastu je hodnotená kubatúra koruny. Ďalej boli vyhodnocované vlastnosti stromov ako počet súkvetí a plodov, počet koreňových výmladkov, náročnosť na rez a chuť plodov.
