| - Pěstování odrůd révy vinné se zvýšenou odolností k houbovým chorobám je cestou k ekologizaci vinohradnické produkce. Odrůdy z tohoto šlechtitelského směru vznikají také v České republice. V rámci tohoto výzkumu byly hodnoceny pěstitelské vlastnosti 4 nových PIWI odrůd určených pro výrobu červených vín: Cerason, Laurot, Kofranka a Marlen, které pochází z křížení Merlan x Fratava. Kontrolní odrůdou byla Frankovka. Hodnocení probíhalo v pokusné vinici v Lednici na Moravě v letech 2007-2009. Odrůdy jsou charakteristické vysokým výnosovým potenciálem. Nejvyšší výnos byl zjištěný u odrůdy Laurot (4.19 kg na keř), následovaný odrůdami Kofranka (3.61 kg na keř) a Cerason (3.34 kg na keř). I při vyšších výnosech však odrůdy dosahují velmi kvalitní cukernatost viz. Laurot (20.8 °KMW) a Cerason (20.2°KMW), při obsahu titrovatelných kyselin srovnatelnými s odrůdou Frankovka. Hodnoceny byly také korelační vztahy mezi kvalitativními a kvantitativními parametry. Nejvýznamnější korelační závislost byla zjištěna pro vztah mezi velikostí a cukernatostí (r = -0.53). K optimalizaci kvality hroznů je vhodné u těchto odrůd s vysokou plodností používat regulaci násady hroznů v průběhu vegetačního období. Mezi nejlépe hodnocené odrůdy patří Laurot, Cerason a Kofranka. Tyto nové PIWI odrůdy je možné doporučit pro pěstování v podmínkách biologického vinohradnictví za účelem výroby červených a růžových vín.
- Growing of grapevine varieties with an increased resistance to fungal diseases represents one of possible ways to organic wine production. Resistant varieties are produced also in the Czech Republic. Within the framework of this research, breeding parameters and performance of the following four new resistant varieties used for making of red wine were analysed and evaluated, viz. Cerason, Laurot, Kofranka and Marlen which is a hybrid Merlan x Fratava. Blaufrankish was used as control. Experiments were performed in our vineyard in Lednice na Moravě within the period 2007-2009. These varieties are characterised by a high yielding potential. The highest yield was recorded on plots with the variety Laurot (4.19 kg per vine), followed by Kofranka (3.61 kg per vine) and Cerason (3.34 kg per vine). However, a high sugar content was recorded even at higher yields (viz. Laurot 20.8 °KMW and Cerason 20.2°KMW) while the content of titratable acids was comparable with that of Blaufrankish. Evaluated were also correlations existing between qulitative and quantitative parameters. The highest significant correlation was found out between the size of berries and their sugar content (r = - 0.53). To optimize the quality of grapes it is recommended to control the yield by means of removal of grapes during the growing season. The best results were obtained with varieties Laurot, Cerason, and Kofranka. These new resistant varieties can be recommended for growing under conditions of organic viticulture for production of red and rosé wines. (en)
