  • V případě podnožových odrůd révy byly termoterapií ozdravovány podnože: Craciunel 2, Amos, Kober 125 AA and SO 4,, jež vykazovaly pozitivní reakce na: ArMV, ArMV, GLRaV 3 a GFLV. tyto rostliny byla ozdravovány jak v in vitro, tak v in vivo podmínkách. Po ozdravení byly testovány pomocí RT-PCR ve dvou ternímech a to 6 a 12 měsícú po převedení do nesterilních podmínek. Experimentálně bylo také ověřováno ozdravení roubů meruňky od Candidatus phytoplasma prunorum. Rouby byly v únoru ponořeny do vodní lázně 45oC. Experiment měl následující varianty:kontrola- bez ošetření,60,75 a 90 minut. Následně byly rouby naštěpovány na zdravé podnože, testování metodou PCR proběhlo po 7 měsících od štěpování. (cs)
  • The modified methods of thermotherapy were investigated for use in pathogens elimination from grapevine rootstocks and apricot variety Hargrand. In case of grapevine rootstocks the in vitro thermotherapy was compared with therapy of plants in non-sterile conditions. Plants from varieties: Craciunel 2, Amos, Kober 125 AA and SO 4, were found positive by ELISA to ArMV, ArMV, GLRaV 3 and GFLV, respectively. After therapies during which temperatures 37oC (light) and 35oC (dark) were used, were collected shoot tips (3 mm long) from the plants and cultivated on media. Plants originated from shoot tips were tested by RT-PCR two times in culture (1 year and 2 years after therapy) and in two terms after transfer to non-sterile conditions (6 months after transfer and 12 months after transfer). In case of apricots the hot water treatment method were tested for elimination of Candidatus phytoplasma prunorum.
