  • Due to their worldwide distribution and also detrimental potential virus diseases of grapevine are economically very important. In grapevine plants grapevine fanleaf virus (GFLV) and arabis mosaic virus (ArMV) is one of the most harmful virus diseases. The aim of this study was evaluate the occurrence of GFLV and ArMV in vineyards of the Grapevine Breeding Station Polešovice (Czech Republic) using the ELISA test and visua symptoms. In 2001 -- 2004 altogether 225 grapevine plants were tested for the occurrence of GFLV and ArMV. In case of GFLV positive results were obtained in 43 plants, i. e. in 19.11% of all samples. In case of ArMV there were 51 positive tests, i.e. 22.66%. Our results demonstrated a occurrence of GFLV and ArMV in propagation vineyards, which was comparable with results obtained abroad. It was also demonstrated that a professional visual selection could provide a good basis for the identification of virus diseases and their subsequent tests.

  • Virové choroby u révy vine jsou velmi ekonomicky důležité, díky svému celosvětovému výskytu a poškozením, které mohou způsobovat. Fanleaf degeneration%22 způsobovaná dvěma nepoviry (GFLV, grapevine fanleaf virus a ArMV, arabis mosaic virus) je jedna z nejvíce škodlivých virových chorob u révy vinné. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo vyhodnotit výskyt GFLV a ArMV, ELISA testem ve vinicích Šlechtitelské stanice vinařské v Polešovicích. V průběhu let 2001-2004 bylo testováno celkem 225 keřů na přítomnost GFLV a ArMV. V případě GFLV bylo pozitivně bylo testováno celkem 43 keřů révy vinné, což představuje 19,11% pozitivních testů, z celkového počtu odebraných vzorků. V případě ArMV bylo 51 pozitivních, což představuje celkově 22,66%. Naše výsledky prokázaly velmi nízký výskyt GFLV a ArMV v množitelských porostech. Zároveň prokázaly, že kvalitní vizuální selekce může být dobrým základem, pro identifikaci virových chorob a následné testování. (cs)
