| - Persimon (Diospyros kaki L.) je subtropické ovoce, které má jistou míru tolerance vůči teplotám několik stupňů pod nulou. Pěstování ve studených sklenících, mimo přirozené pěstitelské oblasti, se jeví jako nenáročný způsob pěstování v našich klimatických podmínkách. Červnový propad plůdků způsobuje značné ztráty na výnosech. Cílem tohoto pokusu bylo vyzkoušet vliv různých typů pylu na míru propadu plodů. Pokus probíhal v letech 2003-2004 na rostlinách tomelu japonského rostoucího ve skleníku. Pro ruční opylování byl použit pyl z tomelu japonského cv. Zenjimaru (tradiční opylovač), z tomelu kavkazského, plavuně a směs z pylu cv. Zenjimaru s plavuňovým pylem v poměru 1:1 a meruňkový pyl pro podráždění blizny. (cs)

Cultivation in the cold green-house, except traditional persimmon growing areas, is low-end and effective method in our geographical latitudes. The June fruit drop makes high decrease of yield. The aim of this experiment is examination of influence using different types of pollen and methods of pollination in dependence on percent of fruit drop. The experiment was solved during years 2003-2004 on plants of Diospyros kaki L. growed in the greenhouse-cv. Tipo, Costata, Cibaca, Yokono, Dunaiy and Rossiyanka and on the plants growed in the containers in outside conditions-cv. Tipo and Vaniglia. For hand-pollination was used the pollen from Diospyros kaki L. cv. Zenjimaru ( traditional pollinator), pollen from D. lotus L. , from Lycopodium clavatum L., the mixture of pollen cv. Zenjimaru and Lycopodium clavatum L. in the rate of 1:1 and pollen from apricots (Prunus armeniaca L
