  • China asters (Callistephus chinensis Nees.) belong to one of the best-known annual in the world. One important problem is very high sensitive towards FOC (F. oxysporum f.sp. callistephi) and Verticilium alboatrum, which caused vascular wilting. The assessment of china asters resistance to FOC was carry out on the basis of artificial inoculation on the roots system. The inoculation was realization like mixed isolates of pathogen with content approximately 10-9 unit. Totally were evaluated 248 of foreign and domestic cultivars in the years from 1999 to 2001. In the testing was included control variety with compare of greenhouse trial. The results of testing were supported by statistics analysis. The mostly resistant cultivars of Chinese aster are from group of Einf. Madelein in first homogenous subgroup. This group is very close from the phenotype point of view with origin botanical variety. The further resistance of Chinese aster groups have had in the more on the less individual of varietals membe

  • Čínské astry (Callistephus chinensis) náleží k nejznámějším letničkám. Významným problémem je u nich vysoká citlivost na FOC (F. oxysp.f.sp. Callistephii) a V. alboatrum, které způsobují vaskulární vadnutí rostlin. Stanovení odolnosti č. aster k FOC bylo studováno po umělé inokulaci kořenového systému rostlin. Inokulát tvořil mix izolovaných patogenu v koncentraci deset na devátou jednotek. Celkem bylo vyhodnoceno 248 domácích a zahraničních odrůd v letech 1999 - 2001. Do vyhodnocení byl zahrnut i srovnávací skleníkový pokus. Výsledky testování jsou statisticky analyzovány. Nejodolnější cv. Einf. Madelejn náleží do první homogenní podskupiny. Tato odrůdová skupina je velmi blízká původnímu botanickému druhu. Další skupiny odrůd č. aster měly odolnost víceméně odrůdově odlišnou. S nejlepší odolností se jevily skupiny Matsumoto a Americké krásky. Nejméně odolnou skupinou odrůd se ukázaly jehlicovité s cv.Nina, Vltava, Královna trhu a skup. Pastel. Nízkou odolností se projevila i odrůdová sk. Průhonick (cs)
