| Description
| - To establish the identity of Fusarium species, samples of isolates were collected from infected plats material. F. oxysporum isolates, screened from plants material, especially from Callistephus chinensis Nees., were described in respect of colonies´growth rate, type of mycelium, pigmentation and sporulation on nutritive media, SNA and PSA. The isolates heva been characterized according to traced signs into different groups. These characteristics are recorded and included to collections. Medium WA + AB (water agar + antibiotics) was used for priming fusarium isolates. Subsequent cultivation and cleansing of colonies proceeded on medium SNA. For identification, isolates were transferred to new plates with SNA and PSA medium. Each of isolates in micro tubes are stored at 5 °C, intergrowth and sporulated in sterilized mixtures of soil, sands and turf in the same proportion. The progress of this procedure allowed long-term preservation of isolates without degradation of sporulation and pathogenicity.

- Pro identifikaci forem sp. u Fusarium oxysporum byly soustředěny vzorky s infikovaných rostlin především z Callistephus chinensis Nees. Isoláty houby F.oxysporum byly kultivolvány na médiích SNA a PSA, hodnocena tvorba kolonií, růst, typ mycelií, pigmentace a sporulace. Isoláty byly seřazeny podle charakteristky do skupin a soustředěny do kolekce. Pro primátní isolaci bylo použito médium VA + AB. Subsekventní kultivace a čištění kolonií probíhalo na médiu SNA. Pro identifikaci byly isoláty přenášeny na čerstvá média SNA a PSA. Isoláty jsou skladovány v mikrotubusech při 5 °C po přeočkování a sporulaci na sterilním substrátu z písku a rašeliny 1 : 1. Využití tohoto postupu umožňuje jejich dlouhodobé uložení bez degradace aktivity a pathogenity houby. (cs)
