Description
  • The paper deals with the analysis of function and reasons of the loss of the material flow stability in a pneumatic transport system depending on physical parameters of a carrier medium in a piping. Considerable effects of the fluctuation of amounts of transported material become evident. The proper function of transport is influenced by the interaction of these parameters affecting the velocity and stability of air flow exhausting wood waste. The procedure of measurement consists in measuring some physical quantities. On the basis of calculations of the rate of sucking and amount of transported material, properties are assessed of the pneumatic system and possibilities of the construction of transport lines from woodworking machines.
