| - The work brings a comparison of the growth of coeval plantations (aged 4 -- 9 years) of Norway spruce and of the upland type of Scots pine in Danger zones A and B in Forest altitudinal vegetation zone 7 after the change of air pollution load. Stand situations analyzed are: regeneration of existing Norway spruce stands, regeneration of longitudinally spread mounds, and reconstruction of the stands of substitute tree species. Parameters and traits studied are: total shoot height, terminal increment, losses, damage by biotic and abiotic agents. Pine grows better than spruce in all analyzed stands. Its frost hardiness is remarkable but it is more damaged (without any further negative influence on growth and stability) by heavy snow -- branch snaps.

- Práce porovnává růst stejně starých výsadeb (stáří 4 až 9 let) smrku ztepilého a náhorního ekotypu borovice lesní v pásmech ohrožení A, B v 7. lesním vegetačním stupni po změně emisní zátěže. Analyzovány jsou porostní situace -- obnova stávajících smrkových porostů, obnova podélně rozhrnutých valů a rekonstrukce porostů náhradních dřevin. Sledovány jsou parametry a znaky -- celková výška nadzemní části, přírůst terminálu, ztráty, poškození biotickými a abiotickými činiteli. Ve všech analyzovaných porostech roste borovice lépe než smrk. Výrazná je její odolnost proti poškození mrazem, je však více poškozována (bez dalšího negativního vlivu na růst a stabilitu) těžkým sněhem -- vylamováním větví. (cs)
