| - Game selection in breeding game-preserve may lead to the gradual reduction of genetic diversity within these separated populations. The targets of breeding procedures are based on obtaining of good quality trophies and preserving a good health, fertility and vitality within the population at the same time. The possible influence of game selection on genetic diversity is presented in this project through example of polymorphic gens LEP and MYC on three populations of wild boar. Polymorphism was determined within 100 free-living Sus scrofa (FS) descending from North Germany, Great Mountains, Moravia and Middle Slovakia, within 61 wild boars (SS) descending from game-preserve Sedlice in the South Bohemia and 53 wild boars from game-preserve Osoblaha (OS). This game-preserve was filled with wild boars from Sedlice because of blood revival and increase of trophy quality. - Myslivecká selekce v oborních chovech může vést k postupnému snižování genetické diverzity u těchto izolovaných populací. Chovatelské přístupy jsou především vedeny pro získávání kvalitních trofejí při zachování dobrého zdravotního stavu jedinců, plodnosti a životaschopnosti populace. V této studii je na příkladu polymorfismu genů LEP a MYC demonstrován možný vliv selekce na genetickou diverzitu mezi třemi populacemi prasete divokého. Určován byl polymorfismus 100 jedinců volně žijících Sus scrofa (dále FS) pocházejících z oblastí severního Německa, Krkonoš, Moravy a středního Slovenska, 61 kusů (dále SS) z obory Sedlice v jižních Čechách a 53 jedinců z obory Osoblaha (dále OS). Do této obory byla přivezena sedlická zvěř pro oživení krve s cílem zvýšení trofejové kvality kňourů. Začaly se zde uplatňovat podobné principy selekce jako v oboře Sedlice a byla snaha ponechávat do další reprodukce především jedince se znaky sedlické zvěře.
