| - V současné době vstupují co nového práva v oblasti územního plánování nové nástroje územního plánování. Nové myšlenky a především nové strategie a výsledky jsou implementovány do národních a mezinárodních právních norem a Česká republika musí tento trend následovat. NOvé nástroje územního plánování musí navazovat na myšlenku trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Hodnocení funkcí lesů by mělo pomoci tento trend následovat a napomoci v tvorbě managementu v zájmových územích. Lesy jsou dominantní součástí přírodního prostředí se základním vlivem na kvalitu životního prostředí lidské populace. Hodnocení funkcí lesů má své místo na komunální úrovni. Výsledky by měly být používány na úrovni tvorby územních a regulačních plánů. (cs)
- New landscape planning legal regulation started to be used. New ideas and especially new results and new strategies are implemented into national and international law and Czech Republic has to go after this trend. There are new instruments of landscape planning and they have to follow the idea of sustainable development and biodiversity. The evaluation of forest function has to help to manage the area accordingly to these ideas. Forests are one of the dominant components of the natural environment with basic influence on the quality of the environment of a human population. The interest of the state is to guarantee for all people an attainment of permanently existence of good forest which is the basic assumption for possibility to guarante its all-society functions. In the new law new instruments were defined, they are statutory planning materials (such as area analytical materials and area study), development policy, planning documentation (such as development principles, local plan and regulatory p
