| - Cílem práce bylo stanovit lisovací parametry smrkových vodovzdorných překližek pro všeobecné použití a ověřit vhodnost konkrétních konstrukcí překližek. Zvolená metoda zpracování vycházela ze stanoveného cíle práce. Byly určeny konstantní parametry (PF pryskyřice F 5250, nános 150 g/m2, smrková dýha tloušťky 1,8 mm, vlhkost dýhy 5 %, konstrukce překližek) a stanoveny proměnné parametry (lisovací teplota, lisovací tlak, lisovací čas, lisovací diagramy). U odlisovaných desek byla zjišťována pevnost lepení ve smyku po expozici EW-100, koeficient slisovatelnosti. Při lisování byl zjišťován prostup tepla dýhovým souborem. Byly provedeny i další zkoušky - stanovení procenta vytvrzení pryskyřice, záměrná regulace koeficientu slisovatelnosti, ověřen vliv vlhkosti dýh na prostup tepla a koeficient slisovatelnosti atd. Rozsah základních zkoušek byl určen statisticky, rovněž výsledky tyly statisticky vyhodnoceny. Výsledkem práce je návrh lisovacích parametrů pro konkrétní konstrukce překližek. Rovněž byla stan (cs)
- The paper summarizes results of operations aimed at determining the pressing parameters of spruce water-resistant plywood and testing the suitability of particular constructions of plywood. Constant and variable parameters were determined. In pressed plywood sheets, the shearing strength of gluing according to EW 100 and the coefficient of compressibility were determined. In pressing, heat trans-mission through the set of veneers was analysed and effects of the moisture of veneers on the heat transmission were tested. The percentage of resin hardening was also determined. Results were statis-tically analysed. The dependence was determined of shearing strength, coefficient of compressibility and heat transmission on changes in pressing parameters. Results of the study consist in the proposal of pressing parameters for particular constructions of plywood.
