| - In Czechia, there are 31 forest areas representing results of the purposeful transformation of spruce monocultures. In 15 of them, different textural elements were measured in detail and their structure was described on the total area of 83 ha, viz species composition, growth stages, mean height and canopy. As the result of a synthesis three degrees of transformation are described: (1) finished arrangement of the species composition, ie simple enrichment by soil-improving and reinforcing species in groups achievable already after 20 years; (2) modified species composition and age differentiation within the conversion period longer than 30 years; (3) in the conversion period about 50 years, vertically structured mixed forest with a long-term balanced growing stock showing features of the %22Dauerwald%22 type with manifestations of biological automation.

- V Česku je evidováno 31 lesních objektů představujících výsledky cílevědomé přestavby smrkových monokultur. Na 15 z nich byly na celkové ploše 83 ha podrobně zaměřeny odliši-telné texturní prvky a popsána jejich výstavba -- dřevinné složení, růstová fáze, u ní průměrná výška a zápoj. Jako výsledek syntézy jsou popsány tři dosažené stupně přestavby: (1) ukon-čená úprava dřevinného složení, tj. prosté obohacení o meliorační a zpevňující dřeviny ve skupinách, dosažitelná již za 20 let; (2) upravená dřevinná skladba a věková diferenciace v převodní době delší než 30 let; (3) v převodní době okolo 50 let bohatě vertikálně strukturo-vaný smíšený les s dlouhodobě vyrovnanou porostní zásobou má rysy nepasečného lesa typu Dauerwald s projevy biologické automatizace.
