  • Tato úvodní studie popisuje využití DNA mikrosatelitního panelu pro ověřování parentity u jelena lesního v České republice. Vhodný vysoce výkonný protokol mikrosatelitního genotypování byl navržen od optimalizovaných mikrosatelitních markerů již izolovaných pro jelena lesního (Cervus elaphus), jelena Wapitiho (Cervus elaphus canadensis), soba domácího (Rangifer tarandus f. domestica), ovci domácí (Ovis ammon f. aries) a tura domácího (Bos primigenius f. taurus). Panel je založen na své komplexnosti a současně pro genotypizaci využívá sady 10 mikrosatelitů. Genotypována byla náhodně vybraná, nepříbuzná zvěř jelena lesního. Genotypizace proběhla na ABI 310 Genetic Analyser. Výsledky testování od většího souboru testované zvěře budou k dispozici při posterové prezentaci. Tato práce byla podpořena Výzkumným záměrem Lesnické a dřevařské fakulty z Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy (č. MSM 6215648902) a Grantovou agenturou Lesů České republiky, s.p. (č.   • This preliminary study describe the utilization of DNA microsatellite panel for parentage verification of red deer in Czech Republic. The efficient high-throughput microsatellite genotyping protocol was designed by optimising microsatellite markers already isolated for red deer (Cervus elaphus), wapiti (Cervus elaphus canadensis), reindeer (Rangifer tarandus f. domestica), sheep (Ovis ammon f. aries) and cattle (Bos primigenius f. taurus). The panel is based on our assembled and present for genotyping used set of 10 microsatellites. Randomly selected, unrelated animals of red deer were genotyped. Genotyping was done on ABI 310 Genetic Analyser. The results from testing of larger set of tested animals will be available in time of poster presentation. This work was supported by a grant to the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, from the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (No. MSM 6215648902) and by the Grant Agency of Forestry of the Czech Republic, State Enterprise (No. GA LČR 3/2004).
