| Description
| - Simulation of the forest stand development for optimation of forest operations is a prospective method which makes it possible to target and to precisely respond to the future requirements of forest managers -- forest owners. The paper presents an entirely general draft procedure to optimize forest operations, based on the latest knowledge about operational reliability of machines, technical logistics, and particularly on qualimetric procedures of quality assessment. The methods are modified for requirements following out from forest working conditions in the Czech Republic and from anticipated model situations, i.e. it enables a timely and due response to special statutes of forest protection, property size and economic conditions of the forest user. Interconnection of all information systems involved enables adoption of an entirely new approach to the solution of the given issue as it facilitates fast and sound decision-making by providing an integral indicator for the expression of an optimal econo

- Simulace vývoje porostů pro optimalizaci lesnických technologií je perspektivní metoda, která umožňuje zjistit relativně přesné údaje nutné pro řídící pracovníky v lesnictví a pro vlastníky lesa. Příspěvek podává všeobecný návrh postupu pro optimalizaci lesnických technologií založený na nových poznatcích o provozní spolehlivosti strojů, technické logistiky, a zejména na metodách kvalimetrických, užívaných při hodnocení jakosti. Metoda umožňuje pružně reagovat na požadavky vyplývající z přírodních a provozních podmínek České republiky a předpokládaných modelových situací, tj. umožňuje včasné a přesné rozhodování, zohledňující požadavky na ochranu lesa, velikost a ekonomickou situaci vlastníka lesa. Propojením stávajících informačních systémů je umožněno získat a korektně vyhodnotit podklady nutné pro rychlé a přesné rozhodování zohledňující všechny ekonomické, společenské a ochranářské požadavky na konkrétním pracovišti, a to jak krátkodobé, tak i pro potřeby dlouhodobého hospodářského plánování.
